AIQuisition is a structured diagnostic tool for evaluating risk in small business acquisitions. Users answer 15 questions about a deal and receive a professional risk classification with an executive report and recommendations.

AIQuisition is not legal advice, financial advice, or due diligence. Results are informational only and should not be the sole basis for any business or financial decision.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using AIQuisition you represent that you are at least 18.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

All sales are final. Because AIQuisition delivers its report immediately upon completion of the assessment, no refunds are offered once the assessment is submitted and the report is generated.

You may not use AIQuisition to advertise or offer to sell goods or services to other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of AIQuisition is limited to the amount you paid for the assessment that is the subject of the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

If a dispute arises between you and AIQuisition, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it through informal negotiations for 30 days before initiating any formal proceeding.

If informal negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. We agree to pay arbitration fees if they are deemed excessive.

If a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, it will be heard in Los Angeles County, California.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.

We will notify you of material changes to these Terms at least 30 days before they take effect. Security updates, bug fixes, and court-ordered changes may take effect immediately upon notice.
